your partner in trauma-informed care

Refer a Client

Helping people heal, together.

OUR PROMISE

At Centerpoint Healing, we believe healing happens in connection—with self, with others, and with the right therapeutic support.

We understand that referring a client is an act of trust. When you refer a client to our practice, you're connecting them with trauma-informed, evidence-based care delivered by highly-trained clinicians who see the whole person.

WHO WE ARE

We understand that referring a client is an act of trust. We honor that trust by providing compassionate, integrative therapy that meets each person exactly where they are.

❋ PERSONALIZED MATCHING PROCESS

Each referral begins with a consultation with our clinical director, who takes time to understand your client's unique needs and thoughtfully matches them with the therapist on our team who can best support their healing.

❋ EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACHES

Our clinicians are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy, enabling us to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs.

❋ TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE

We create spaces where all parts of the person are welcome, where curiosity guides the work, and where the body's wisdom is honored alongside the mind's understanding.

❋ COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION

With appropriate consents in place, we welcome the opportunity to coordinate care and stay connected regarding your client's progress and needs.

❋ INSURANCE AND ACCESSIBILITY

We accept Aetna and Optum/United Healthcare, as well as private pay options, making quality mental health care more accessible. For clients with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a "superbill," which is an itemized receipt they can submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.

OUR TEAM

Raphaelle Cuenod, LCSW

I co-founded Centerpoint Healing with a simple belief: when therapists are deeply supported, clients receive the best care possible. My priority is to make sure every therapist here is equipped to grow and practice at the highest level. That means when you refer a client to us, you can trust that the therapist is not working alone—they’re backed by thoughtful guidance, ongoing learning, and a community committed to your client’s care.

CO-Founder, CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Rachel McCart

I co-founded Centerpoint with the same belief that's guided my career: when you build the right structure around people, they can do their best work. And in this case, that work changes lives. In building Centeproint, my goal is to ensure that the infrastructure in place actually works for the people it serves. That means when you trust us with a referral, you're connecting them with a team that's been thoughtfully designed around their care.

CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, passionate about helping people navigate life’s changes and challenges with compassion and authenticity. My approach is holistic, non-judgmental, and empowering. I bring unique expertise in evidence-based techniques and advanced certifications to support adolescents, caregivers, and adults with life transitions, relational conflict, stress, grief and loss, and trauma recovery.

THERAPIST

Hannah Tomaszewski, LCSW

Daniel Aragon, MFTC

I've been doing this work for years—probation officer, clinician, youth basketball coach—and here's what I know: the hardest part isn't the decisions people make. It's finding the courage to sit with the pain that led them there. Whether I'm on the court or in session, I care about helping people feel heard, respected, and safe enough to show up as they are.

ASSOCIATE THERAPIST

Before I became a therapist, I spent over 20 years teaching trauma-informed yoga—working with people facing PTSD, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. I witnessed people reconnect with themselves through breath and movement. Now I bring that embodied approach to therapy through EMDR, somatic work, and mindfulness-based interventions. It’s my honor to help people learn to trust what their nervous system is telling them.

ASSOCIATE THERAPIST

Kelly Gant, LPCC

Laura Aldridge-DeRemer

I’ve committed the last 15 years to working with families and children of all ages and abilities, developing deep compassion for the people I support. I approach therapy with gentle curiosity, helping clients process trauma at their own pace as they understand how early experiences shaped their relationships, learn to hold empathy for themselves, and release long-held tension.
